Hello, my name is Paulina.

I am a registered paediatric nurse, Health Visitor, Practice Nurse, and entrepreneur with over 10 years of clinical experience across paediatrics, neonatal intensive care, neurology, primary care, and general practice nursing.

Throughout my career, I have worked across hospital, community, and primary care settings, supporting patients from newborns through to end-of-life care. A key focus of my work has always been women’s health, maternal care, and child development.

I have experience leading teams, managing public health campaigns, and working within multidisciplinary healthcare services, alongside delivering hands-on clinical care.

Alongside my healthcare career, I am the founder of a growing nurse-led business providing ear irrigation services, with plans to expand into wider women’s health services including cervical screening and vaccinations, developing a holistic nurse-led clinic model.

I also have a strong interest in preventative health and self-care. This has led me to create a small range of natural, handcrafted self-care products that combine clinical understanding with a holistic approach to wellbeing.

My work is centred around one core goal: supporting health and wellbeing across women, children, and families through every stage of life.
