Postnatal Massage
Service Description
Beyond physical relief, postnatal massage helps improve sleep, balance hormones, and ease stress, allowing you to feel more rested, recharged, and centered. The Postnatal Massage service is thoughtfully designed to support new mothers in their recovery journey after childbirth. This nurturing treatment helps relieve muscle tension, reduce swelling, and promote physical and emotional healing during the postpartum period. Whether you’ve had a natural delivery or a C-section, a combination of gentle, specialised techniques are used to target areas most affected by pregnancy and birth —such as the lower back, shoulders, hips, and abdomen. Inclusion criteria: - Vaginal birth - 6 weeks postpartum and approved or recommended by your doctor, midwife or practice nurse. - C-Section - 12 weeks postpartum and approved or recommended by your doctor, midwife or practice nurse. Please note that if you are choosing the at "Your Home/Space" option, I will be attending your residence and will require space to set up for your massage. If your residence is a considerable distance from where I am located additional fees will apply. This will be done on an individual basis and communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and efficient scheduling, we kindly request that all bookings be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us sufficient time to prepare and, for in-home massages, to plan travel routes accordingly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at our discretion. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and your deposit will be fully refunded.
